its not the only display. there are 2. one on the hu itself while the pad is down and one on the other side of the pad that shows graphics/movies when the pad is up/closed. the one that shows graphics on the other side of the pad is the one that's missing.

for 30 bucks shipped? ....i think i'll toss the dice, lol. The replacement face is 32.95 shipped from kenwood, so worst case is i'll have to wait to use it after spending a couple more bucks.
