Will these Pioneers get loud?

I got a question about the sony xplods. If I have 2 of them and they each have a RMS of 250 what would the RMS of my amp have to be to make those hit

pioneers are way better than the xplod's, i have 2 of the 3004spl subs in a 3.4^3 box, with a 3000 watt amp, and they pound. def. better than xplod's, they are a pyle of sh*t. best budget subs out there in my opinion.

i hear the 305,306's from pioneer are better than the comp vr's......thats just what i've read though....

I would personally take the pioneers over the kickers. I have used both, and I like pioneers.
