Will these give me what i want

Ok i have 2 15" woofers (i guess they are) in a 3 way tower....well they are kinda old so they surrounds have rotted off and i plan to get replacements for xmas.

Now without the surrounds these things get pretty loud/low and when i get replacements i want the same thing if not better.

So would these be a good choice for replacements?
