Thats why they couldnt intercept.

I kinda feel similarly, though it really ***** because I honestly feel Obama would have what it takes to turn this crapass government around, at least a bit. He's inexperienced, young, and would be the first black president, but Kennedy faced two of those three hurdles in his election and he turned out to be darn good at what he did!

I'm voting for Obama, and if Hillary is elected, I'm moving to Canada.

What if Bush uses some terror event to enact Martial Law, and he decides not to leave office?
Now that he and his GOP buddies in Congress got Posse Comitatus (the act enacyed after the Civil War that prevented US military operations against US citizens with our borders) revoked, and the security bill passed last summer, and signed by Bush, also allows the President to suspend elections when Martial Law is enacted.

He has all the authority he needs to stay in office long after his term is over.

you forgot about the similarities between the Patriot Act/ENABLING ACT that allowed Hitler to invade on the pretense of terrorism, on his decision without GOVERNMENT APPROVAL.
