Will I be okay with my fuses?

My amp is a Cadence ZRS-65 and it has 3 40 amp fuses. My fuse holder for my 4 awg wire only has a 100 amp MAXI fuse. I am running my 10'' RE SE @ 4 ohms so it will only be getting 600 watts from the amp.

Will I be okay with the 100 amp fuse only running 600 watts? I don't want to damage any of my equipment.

If anything, you'll be over-protecting the amp. You likely won't have issues with the 100A fuse. If it blows in the future, just bump up to a 120A or better, but you'll be fine for now and won't damage anything as is. At least not for that reason. If you have the settings incorrectly set and beat on it regularly then you can damage it obviously.

Ok thanks. Yeah I don't plan to have Bass Boost on and plan on keeping my Gain low until I can properly set it. I just want to get this stuff installed. If I decide to run another 10 and wire my setup to 2 ohms (1200rms) then I would need to get a higher amp fuse, correct?

4 guage has a 125-150 amp current rating

I would highly recommend getting a 100-150 amp Mini ANL or full size ANL

maxi fuses have a tendancy to melt...

Missed the part about MAXI. This is true so I'd recommend it as well. Once you're swapping out, might as well go with a 150A fuse.

Oh okay that is a concern. Will it be fine for 1 to 2 weeks of low-moderate usage? I will order a new fuse and fuse holder, but I just want to see how my system runs, since I have had the sub sitting around for awhile.
