Will HDC3 be underpowered?

I've searched but only came up with a couple results.

I'm not planning on running much power because i'm not upgrading my electrical system except do the big 3 this time around.

If I get the AQ1200D, will it be ok for the HDC315 or will it basically underpower it?

underpowering doesnt matter. its like having the volume at 1... are you underpowering it? no you';re powering it with less power than it can take.
