I mentioned in a different post im looking for subs. i want to get loud without loosing sq. Im thinking of getting a RE xxx, will i be able to power this sub? i have a PPI PC2350 rated at 2x350 @4ohms, and the PPI PC1400 is rated at 400x1 @ 4 ohms but stable at 1 ohm.. these are very concervative ratings. these amps produce very strong clean power. THD for both amps is 0.02%.

specs for pc2350

4 ohms

Power Output: 700W x 2

2 ohms

Power Output: 1400W x 1

4 ohms Bridged Mono

THD: 0.02 %

Signal/Noise Ratio: 105 dB

Frequency Response: 4.5 Hz - 100 kHz

Sensitivity: 0.15 V - 12 V

Damping: > 500

Dimensions: 8.9" x 25.25" x 2.25"

QBass: Yes - QBass Plus

Crossover Slope: 24 dB/Octave

Crossover Frequency: 90 Hz

Crossover Type: 2 Way

Internal Fan: Yes

if you look at the specs i posted 1400 watts at 4 ohms bridged will come close to the 2000 mark. These are all 12 volt ratings and i belive the pc2350 has an unregulated power supply. So more voltage will boost the power. plus the fact that they are pretty reserved ratings. i think it would do pretty nicely.
