Simple fix is to buy a new one, right? Wrong. I installed the new software that came with it and all was going well then it instructed me to plug it in tO my USB. I did and it said it could not find it (as if I hadn't even had it plugged it) same case with both ports. I tried my iPod cord and both charged it. Thoughts on why it isn't recognizing the adapter in eather port??</p></blockquote><p></p>
