A Mexican illegal immigrant? Sorry, I couldn't resist. I recently moved. But where I was from in Cali, the town just south of me had a 'random' DUI check point this spring. Their quota was to pull over and check 250 cars. Out of the 250 cars/drivers pulled over that night, more than 180 did not have a driver's license and were released without so much as a warning. The news article did not go so far as to say they were Mexican illegals, but that's exactly what they were. The newspaper didnt even have the balls to act like this was a problem, just a statistic to bury at the bottom of an article talking about a DUI check point. Sickening. A friend of mine was t-boned by an illegal immigrant with no license, his car totalled, his family (including new-born) sent to the hospital. He witnessed the cops release the immigrant while my friend was being loaded into the ambulance. Guess whose insurance had to pay for the totalled car.
