Microsoft is just as bad of a company as Apple. The only thing you can do is pick a side. I like Tiger and Leopard so I got a mac. But when I did have a faulty harddrive when i first got my computer Apple did DHL air mail me a box to ship my computer in and I sent it to them and the whole processs took a total of 3 days and I didn't have to pay a dime and I didn't even buy the apple care plan. They even replaced my heatsink and other componets that had shown some wear while they had it cracked open.</p></blockquote><p></p>
