I remember several artists, using the term loosely, with various weird/creepy things in the yard. It was a ghetto but not like a dangerous ghetto, a fun type ghetto. It has just enough danger to keep the socially mobile from gentrifying the place. It's just a ferry ride away from downtown Seattle (i was about 6 blocks from the ferry), so a lot of people too poor to actually live in Seattle live there.</blockquote>
