Message: <blockquote data-quote="elementxero" data-source="post: 3020938" data-attributes="member: 567619">Eh it's not necessarily that people are retard corpse-junkies, it's just that--to me at least--I feel like it's clear what he's going for but I still find it kind of a cop out.  More of the same fumbling attempts at being profound that I've seen out of this show all along.  Then again, every ****ing schmuck on earth seemed to love History of Violence and I faulted that flick with even more rampant psuedo-profundity.  I think both The Sopranos and that movie have a lot in common.  It's like junior-edition metaphors splattered with shock value and dark humor.  Not bad, but in my opinion not great either.For some reason I guess I expected more "pop" out of the last episode ever.  Entertaining show, but I can't say I would call it "good".</blockquote>
