[QUOTE="QtrHorse, post: 2897709, member: 567206"] That is one of my favorite video's. My father used to have a pet deer that when playing w/ you would hoof the crap out of you if you turned your back. He was small but it hurt like hell. I can only imagine what kind of pain that guy was in. Who in the hell shoots an animal from a mile away? You would need something like a 50 cal. and that would leave nothing left to eat or look at. What if I shoot that said animal w/ a 308, 270, 8mm or a 300 mag? Are any of those guns okay? What if I yell, hey deer I'm going to shoot you before actually pulling the trigger? Kind of like when you yell four in golf. I shot this deer in the neck one time and it was the most violent death I had ever seen. The impact flipped him over and he flopped around for roughly 5-8 minutes before he bleed out and died. When we finally gutted him, he didn't have much blood left in him. I have not enjoyed hunting deer as much since that one hunt. I'm more of a bird killer and fisherman now but still enjoy going on the deer hunts, just not shooting them as much anymore. faulkton; What do you think about those people who shoot Prairie Dogs for sport only from long distances?
