Message: <blockquote data-quote="60ndown" data-source="post: 2804217" data-attributes="member: 561488"><p>i had a friend that was a marine for 9 years, when he was done he became an investigative  reporter, the kinda guy who would get into serious situations to discover / report the truth. he told me he was so ashamed of himself for being willing to die for his country (he went to war for england twice)  for the years he was in the marines, because what he knows to be true now as a result of him being involved in the investigative reporting industry(where the truth is known but edited out often), makes all his feelings of loyalty for his country wasted because he KNOWS people higher up are only concerned with their own profit, and they actually are happy to sacrifice their nations population to secure their personal wealth.</p></blockquote><p></p>
