They should get some kind of visa (a new category would need to be created) which would need to be renewed every 3-5 years, they should have to inform USCIS every time they move house (as I have to) and if they do not renew that visa after it expires they should be instantly deported, do not pass go, do not collect refugee status, do not go through appeal hearings etc, directly to their original country.</blockquote>
