why is my printer *******

I just took pics that I NEED to print out and they keep printing out horrible. They look good on the computer, so its not the camera. the printer is a canon Mp210. I just changed out a the color ink and black ink is only 1/2 down. Settings are just auto...wtf

What was the problem?
