Let me clear the air on this situation. The ca.com mod staff has never experienced such a situation before. I honestly believe Mike is a good guy who wants to make good on his debts, but is unable to do so at this time. That being said, the mod staff has had an exhaustive discussion on this matter lately in an attempt to find a solution that satisfies all parties involved. The discussion included perma-bans, temp bans, demotion, and various other options. No mod here has the ability to ban (permanently or temporarily) another mod, so Goob is going to have to make the ultimate decision (and Im confident he will do whats best for the site). All I ask of the members here is to please understand we mods do want to do what is fair for this site's community, and we have been trying to come up with a fair and legitimate conclusion to this. As it stands now, Mike has agreed he needs to be banned for his actions, and we are waiting for Goob to handle the situation as he sees fit. he is, after all, the site owner, and is solely responsible for a matter of this magnitude. thank you all for your patience on this, and please know that we mods are doing the best we can to come to a fair and legit decision on this matter.
