Why do i have to wait 203021787 seconds to search?

Whenever i try to use the search button, or other of the furms features like viewing members recent posts, i get a message that says "This forum requires that you wait 5 seconds between searches. Please try again in 203021787 seconds. It has slowly been going down but i dont think i can wait 2349 more days to use the search.

i found a way to search //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif everytime i do a new search i have to clear my history, cache, saved information, and download manager history. finally after weeks of waiting i can search again
