I believe it is due to the fact that people of african decent are born with smaller brains than caucasians, while it might be nice having a larger penis than white guys most chicks do not like them too big and most woman (unless they are also back) do not like convicted criminals.

This also explains the japanese, they have even smaller things than whites but are much smarter than whites and blacks thus have bigger brains and are smarter allowing them to produce better products from cars to computers.

black people are criminals because they are harder to catch or get caught. their body are built to sprint and jump better than other ethnicity. They are also black or dark skined. therefore it is harder to catch a black person at night unless they smile.

What? All this black crime? No, that is why we want to find the cause. Finding the cause is the first step to finding the solution.

I disagree. It just so happens that Blacks are targeted more than Whites, as are Hispanics. I've witnessed White kids caught in stores shoplifting and the store owner letting them go with a warning, while black kids get the cops called on them. Cops concentrate their forces in the poorer areas where Blacks are prevelent, while Whites sit in the suburbs and trailer parks and make crystal meth and pop prescription pills. Do the math. Ignorance really is bliss, huh?
