I've always had a respect for old school equipment but i've only bought newer models.

well same im 36 so i remb when it was new and i didnt have the $ then to be switching amps and subs all the time.

remember good amps were around $1 a watt some alot more. i paid over $450 for a punch 150 back in the day, today that will buy you several thousand watts...

Yup. I remember having to put away a chunk of my measly little check for a month or two to buy an amp I wanted. There was no such thing as Craigslist or Caraudio.com. We were at the mercy of whatever the local audio shop had and couldn't get on Ebay to see if we could find one used... Lol!
