LoL... i just wanted to say that

well neways my question was regarding Hz

now i cant count how many times ive heard peeps sayin that the majority of humans cant hear below 20 Hz or soo....some can/some cant....

ok with that being said i purchased a bass cd not to long ago and i was listin to the test song section and it had a bunch of different Hz....

i listened to them all from like 200Hz - 1 Hz.... and i heard its just fine

now someone on here once ezxplained to me what a Hz is....

correct me if im wrong...its how many times the sub is moving per. sec.

well when i was at the low low Hz (like 10-1) the sub was moving extreamly slow...it was sooo tight to see the sub move that slow

so what is the deal...am i hearing it or not???

Yes, most people say that 20 Hz is about the cutoff as to what you can actually hear. Frequency is actually how many waves are completed in one second, so 60 hz is 60 waves, and 1 hz is one wave, thats why your sub was moving slower.

I'm sure that you have the sub. filter set somewhere around 25-30 hz, so your sub actually didn't play those low frequencies. However, when frequencies are played under what the human ear can pick up, you can still FEEL them.

i have a track that played in cycles of 10, from like 300 to 10hZ... my subs responded until 10, but the sound stayed the same... I could here it, but it was the same as like it was @ 30..... The were just excurding more, like they should be when playing low low hZ.
