I just got a call from a friend who is looking to have a vented enclosure built for his JL 10W6v1. He's looking to get as loud as possible while maintaining respectable SQ so I'm thinking 1-1.25ft^3 tuned around 35-38hz. I don't have any money to spend for plans but plans/help would be greatly appreciated.

Hows this sound... a 1.5cuft (you have to account for air displacement of the port and driver yourself...) box with 2 slot ports... 2" x 3" and 16" long -- have them both open for some more spl -- plug one of them for a lower tuning and a more *sealed box* type sound... or just plug both //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif -- depending on your mood and what sounds best to ya
