I tried Cuervo Black, just because I was tempted...thought it was horribly over-hyped. Would rather have mid-level Patron.

definitely over-hyped, but for the price I can handle it as there are much worse.

have you tried any other less expensive amaretto liquors? I was curious about their quality....

Cornelius keg with a few gallons of margs, throw on the CO2 and give it some shakes and let it sit for a bit. Nothing like gallons of carbonated margs on tap

Keep the keg cold, keep the co2 high and shake it for awhile and it does. The stuff will absorb co2 just like force carbonating a batch of homebrew

They are pretty much the same thing, except slushy machines have refrigeration lines, where ice cream makers have ice and salt. The results are great though.
