What kind of car do you have? If you have a domestic then you maybe able to get it done at Autozone as was stated. If its foreign, you sh#t outta luck unless you get the manual. Some repair manuals tell you how to read, reset and diagnose the code.
Yea most foreign cars are like OBD-I and autozone has OBD-II. I figured that out the hardway. Some repair shops may do it for free, small/private businesses that is. There is a man where I live who does it for free, while another man will do it for $20
I'd also get the Haynes manual for your Vic so you know what the code means. THe thing with alot of OBD II codes is you will get a bunch of them and all it is is one problem. That 75 may be just to interpret the problem.
