ARRGH! My buddy drives me nuts sometimes. Last vehicle: 02 Dakota RT. Magnaflow exhaust, intake, TB spacer, other bolt-ons, front clear corners, aftermarket tail lights, kickin system, and on a whim one day he hands it over to the Ford dealer without removing ANYTHING. AND I OWN a Dakota and could have used some of it.

Trades for an 04 F150 Supercrew. Ends up rolling on black 18 inch off road wheels, high end all-terrains (I think Procomp), leveling kit, front brush guard, intake, Gibson exhaust, power programmer that supposedly pumps it up to about 350-360 hp, driving lights, yet another kickin system with stuff from diamond audio, pioneer, and audiobahn, power acoustics... and right after tinting it he turns around and trades it. AS IS.

I don't know what drives me crazier. The amount of $$$ he's wasting by trading the vehicle with the toys still on it or that he's not giving me first dibs on the stuff.

guy i work with does the same thing

he just recently bought an 03 excursion and put a lift and what not on it.

Spent about 5-7k on it with rims/tires/audio then sold it for less than what he paid for just the excursion

about a month ago he bought an 07 tahoe, all ready got it dropped and getting rims soon

I asked him how he can afford to keep doing that

Best part is this dude thinks he also left his IPOD in his truck by mistake. So probably somewhere someone will get the deal of a lifetime:

04 F150 Supercrew Lariat fed nothing but Mobil one its whole life, with powdercoated off road rims/all terrains, step bars, grill guard with driving lights, levelling kit, SBC brakes, front tint, high end aftermarket system, power programmer, gibson exhaust, airraid intake, under 50 thousand miles, for probly less than 25K, and then when they drive off the dealership lot they will find a free ipod in the truck. Keep your eyes open truck lovers: Could end up at a dealership near you.

This is why you hold on to everything stock and replace it if you ever go back to sell to dealer, or just do a private sale and then go to the dealer. That would drive me nuts to loose all that stuff.

i'm in the process of taking all the stuff off my truck now....before I bring it to get my new Tundra....yesterday I pulled the system....and front push bar...today...I'm gonna pull the K&N intake and put stock wheeels back on it....I've misplaced the stock amp...so I may have to leave an aftermarket deck //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif...I hope to pull the Borla exhaust tomorrow...maybe today if I have time...tomorrow I'm removing my motorized bed cover....
