I like the visable aspect of it. I would be all for a forearm or two. However, the ageing, and keeping in physical shape definitely comes into consideration. Hah.

There are different variations of pain when getting that type of work done. The location. The amount of nerves in said location. The amount of meat in said location. yadda yadda blah blah.
A buddy has full sleeves and didn't wince once..

Were you there the entire time he sat for those full sleeve and withness that? I find that hard to believe.

Also, meat in said location has NOTHING to do with anything. Your body protects itself where it needs it. Your bicep will not hurt at all, but then your armpit, which is no more or less meaty will make you squirm. Samething with the wrist, horrible there, but forearm is a breeze. Elbows aint shit either.

the place i got mine at one of the guys who worked there had like a full back peice. and was in the process of gettin it colored in and all that. he said around his asscrack was by far the worst. he used the word unbareable when he described it. i always found that suprising.

well that was a waste of time, went to the parlor to maybe get something drawn up to have done and the guy there basically blew me off.. all though it wasnt the guy i talked to this morning is was still kinda dickheadish. I'm diggin the flaming pizza... I don't get it, but in general it looks a shitton better than MOST of the tattoos that I see posted on the internet.

And it is something that I havn't seen 5X before.

But that's all I'm saying, I won't be the internet tattoo nazi in this thread.

It's a Sacred Pizza. You know, alot of people get the Sacred Heart? I eat pizza almost exclusively. Thanks for the complement I guess?

I have a few as well. 2 on my forearms and two on my calfs and one on my back. One on back is dedicated to my gpa and the two on forearms are tribal and the 2 on calfs are skullls and other is a celtic cross. I need most of them redone, except the one on my right arm.

I have 8 tats and of all, the only one that I sweat through and am not afraid to admit it was my back piece, 12 hours of single needle and although I love it, I am still leary of getting it colored in after 8 years. I don't know if I am just super sensitive on my back( I hate it when my wife does the zit picking thing on occasion), but I think it was the most intense.

hey davidfre where did you go to look. some places dont like doin stuff unless its just something off the wall. i know i took a guy my design of the angle. i just didnt know what to do with the face or wings. so i asked him what he though, and he just told me to find something on the wall that had a wings or face i wanted and he could do something. but i mean i thought how hard is it to give some input on wings or a face. i even told him what kind. but he couldnt draw it unless he could see what i was talkin about.

Well nothing you see on me will EVER be found on a wall. I have all the sketches to the final drawing of everything that is on me, all drawn for me. **** FLASH

I will be a tattoo Nazi. I despise yuppy ****s with their half-band barbed wire tattoos who think they are the cats *** when it comes to tattoos.

I have three, one on my left upper arm, one on my chest, and one on my right upper arm, they all presented an uncomfortable feeling of irritation and slight pain when being done, but nothing unbearable, each time I had them done I told myself I want it done and am going to go through what I have to go through to get them completed, the one one my chest I would say was the hardest to sit through, but again, not unbearable, in my experiences I would say anything close to any bone area hurts the worst.
