I assume that 5x5 program is working out for you pretty well? I've read a couple places that for routine workouts, 2-3 exercises for each muscle grouping at 3-4 sets of 8-12 reps each is optimal. Now I am sitting at 5'7" 200pounds. Just started back a 5x5 program on bench, squat, and deadlift. Next week I'll be benching 295 5x5. Around mid-march I look to be able to bench 360.
All I am taking is protein and creatine. All I have ever taken. Get accused of steroids all the time though. Try to get 1gram of protein per pound of bodyweight and get at least 3k calories a day.
