I thought you lived in KY till I looked at your location. LOL. But no I dont feel safe myself, but I try my very best to make sure my wife and little boy (hes 5) do. Really dont know what is going to happen. We live in a relatively safe area, but you just nevr know.

ha ha no KY here bro. i got 2 kids a 2.5yr old and 16month old. and i have no problem letting them runaround wherever outside and everything.

I am from Miami, I moved up here to the hills in the middle of nowhere in TN 3 years ago.

I actually feel safe finally.

For the first year I carried a gun with me (out of habit from living in Florida) Now I don't.

It feels so much better to be able to relax.

I used to go to Clearwater a lot, pretty crappy over there (Not saying Miami is any better)

If you can, move away - it was the best thing I have ever done.
