I think they call that stomp or something where you use garbage cans and everyday items to make music

$100 says the man played quads in a drum corp, and if so that would make it very easy to do what is in that video.

it really isnt as hard as it looks, i would have been able to do it a while ago but haven't picked up a pair of sticks in about 4yrs.
