A long time ago my whytellyou account got banned over a mistake of someone thinking I was a spammer then I created a username of whymebuddy I think? to get the whytellyou account fixed. The whymebuddy account was supposed to be deleted after the mess got fixed. I don't understand why the whytellyou account got banned the other day? I don't have another user name.

It seems like you had multiple accounts whether purposefully or not and it resulted in a ban.

Anyone who has been banned has earned it either via infractions, blatant disregard for the rules (older members), or a combination of the 2. Since Ive been a mod I have yet to see a mod ban someone for a member insulting them.
