Yes, because our genetic makeup accidentally screws up and has us default to liking the same sex. That might be a VERY rare occurance, but it isn't natural, because natural is for survival of the species and same sex couples don't breed. For 95% of the "gays" out there, it was a choice. They either wanted to be different and treated special, or gave up on the opposite sex after numerous failed relationships. My wife's best friend is a perfect example of the latter. She isn't beautiful and doesn't have a personality either. After having no luck with men, she found a group of people that accepted her so she ran with it.

You obviously have never heard of evolutionary psychology. It basically explains homosexuality. Different people are attracted to different se xual/se xual features.
