I have a Whistler DE1730 radar detector for sale. I got it about 2 months ago, works suprisingly well for the price. I just got a Ford Mustang and have decided I need a better unit though. It alerts well, only thing is range isnt that great. It has saved me from a few tickets, all situations I was going 5-10mph over. If you were doing more than 10 mph over the limit, I really dont know that it would alert you early enough to slow all the way down, but definitely better than nothing. It is in like new condition.
