1500W max? What's the RMS. That's what you need to be looking at. If you're looking at 1500W max, I'm guessing your best bet is probably a L712

750W RMS = L712 in my opinion.

I'm running 1000W RMS and I'm debating on whether to go with 2 L712s (rated @750W RMS each) and have them underpowered, or go with 1 L715. I may even consider doing 2 L512s (they're rated @ 600W RMS each).
