Which new head light bulbs to buy?

I am going to buy some new head light bulbs for my 1996 chevy lumina but i have no idea what to get. I am using the crappy stock bulbs now. I was wanting to know what is the best head light bulb upgrade i can get for 100 bucks or less. I dont mind spending $100 but dont really want to go over that much. I just want to be able to see alot better for my high beams and low beams. Any suggestions? I have no idea which brand is the best and what i should be looking into.

Yes. I had silverstar highs and lows in my Tahoe and they were a big improvement over my stock headlights.
