Which Eq?

I currently have a Avic D3 and I am looking to boost the voltage and be able to tune a little better. I have the opportunity to get a Memphis EQP4 4-Band Parametric Equalizer for 130 from a local shop, pic: http://www.woofersetc.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=product.display&Product_ID=3435

I was also looking at this: http://www.poweracoustik.com/pa2006/product_AUDIO_addon_eq.htm The DIGI-Q.

Another option would be an Audio Control 4.1.

I know the PowerAcoustik doesn't rank with the listed option, but I like the fact that it is digital. Any recommendations would be appreciated.

did i miss something? that EQ doesn't appear to be parametric. The freq's seem to be set.

Do you think the digital one is worth it?

Just a personal preference, I like my gains to be low.

Adding another component only increases the chance of noise. That and low gains are overrated.
