which CDT crossover to use

I am installing some new CDT EF NEO components, and I am trying to decide on which crossover is better? The standard satnet 400 or the satnet 456a?

the satnet 400s are new

the 456 are few years old i think

Im guessing theres no difference really. So i just reused the satnet 456

no too much difference, I believe the 456 is the better but I can't remember I try to use 480 or above anytime though to increase power handling.

456 and 400 are the same just the 400 uses the better screw connections instead of that annoying plug. I would use a 480 or 560i on the set.
