I once started a thread trying to find out the specifics of it, everyone acted like it was a secret, so I dont know.  Some people choose to hate them for it. Personally, Ive never had a single problem with them- they have always been accessible and helpful. I havent seen any negative comments on their amps- underrated, nice warranty, good price, solid performers.Ask around about their amps.......</blockquote>
