which 5.25" coaxials+sub for $375?

new job requires me to drive a fair amount so I'm gonna need a factory upgrade asap

budget is $375 for a single 12" or 15", plus a pair of 5.25" coaxials for the fronts, will be pushed by a new Lightning Audio Strike S4.600.4S I just bought at a killer price, custom box will be made for the sub

I was thinking SSA Icon or something by Digital Designs but there seems to be so many good ones out there nowadays that it's hard to pick

as far as the speakers, a quick peak at the woofers etc website displays a ton of great brands offering them for under $100 and I have no idea which to choose

I'm installing myself, want to keep it simple, I've heard good sounding coaxials before so I don't need components per se in this ride, maybe on my next system

interesting, you've heard both I presume?

and your rms question has me rethinking my decision on the amp since the specs don't state rms or peak

might there be a 4 channel amp you could recommend in the $250 range?
