Message: <blockquote data-quote="rick22" data-source="post: 1737399" data-attributes="member: 552050"><p>thanks that does make sense but the only thing is that in like my friends cars that have just the usual cheap brand subs and small amps all songs have great bass. of course it may be sloppy and not sound to great. also their amps are set basically the same as mine on a count of the fact that i installed them for them.  but tommarrow im gonna mess with my h/u a bit. also if i set the lpf on the amp to the max which i think is 160 and then just did the filtering on my h/u is that alright. its just so hard to try and mess with the amp because its bolted on the back of my box which is bolted to the car so i cant really fine tune it without doing a bunch of work.</p></blockquote><p></p>
