Where to get a sub reconed or a recone kit?

I have 2 Orion P Series motors from 2 15's that i hooked to the wall socket. Now I do not want to throw them away because they seem to be good motors, the BL on them is 23.37 i think, I am a noob on motors is that good? If so where can i get them reconed. I already contacted FI and they said they could not do it because they did not know enough about the coils, so who else would be able to do it for a reasonable price thinking about reconing them with better soft parts and using them in my room.

called Atomic and they can recone one but they would not do the other one because when the coil locked up it misaligned the topplate and they said that would not be worth their time and labor to fix it.

I guess i will give them a call even though they list every manufacturer but Orion. I am really tempted to let Atomic do it though simply because they would use their coils and soft parts, which I know are high quality I just wish they would realign the top plate on the other one and recone that too.
