Water for me, I drink about 2 gallons a day...

water for me as well. I think water makes my body feel better overall and it has no additives in it that will harm your body so i stick with that. I try to stay away from all soda and carbonated drinks.

If we need come up with a bar drink I would say a Shirley Temple, my dad always told me guys are supposed to order Buck Rogers but I am pretty sure they are different.
