What's this piece called?

This little piece where I would install tweeters, what's it called?

I want to install some there, but don't know if I want to drill into these ones, or find some new ones online, or from a junk yard to drill holes into to mount tweeters. Don't know what to search for, or to ask for if I call a junk yard.
