I used all the original parts.</p><p></p><p>lmk</p><p></p><p>Chris</p><p></p><p>Wasup man, ran into a problem the other day, finally got my taxes in and went out and got a amp for that 15 and when I hooked it up it barely moves at all and after a couple secconds there was a burning smell comin from the coil so I just disconnected the thing, I thought it was kinda stiff when i first got it but i took it as the spiders had not been broken in yet but apparently theres something wrong with the sub, please get back with me so we can work something out, I realize its been a while since we traded but my internets been cut off and even if it was on I didnt have a amp that was 1 ohm stabel to run the sub with so I wouldnt have found out until last saturday anyway</p><p></p><p>Hey whats up man.</p><p></p><p>Which amp you bought? tell me all the details.</p><p></p><p>The Sub was a SX Motor with MT Parts (stiff spiders) When I finish all my recones I always test the subs free air to make sure everything is ok with them and I did it with yours too, everything was just fine, not rubing at all, although was stiff cause the stiff spiders but once you broken in the sub was going to be ok. To be honest with you seems like you did something wrong... It doesn't make sense, What could be go wrong with the sub? defect coil? Ask somebody else (person who know about recones please) and you'll see... Kinda weird but I dont think that sub had a problem man.</p><p></p><p>I understand your position and I can help you a lil but no because I did something wrong just because Sucks what happened. If you want you can send me the Sub back and I'll see what's wrong with it, I'll hook you up with a new recone for half price which is around $60 bucks but you need to take care of the shipping cost.</p><p></p><p>You also can ask David (psi) I buy all my recones from him, he can tell you what was the problem.</p><p></p><p>Chris</p></blockquote><p></p>
