It used to be a forum boner a while back but I don't hear anything about them anymore. I also don't see much talk about dc and sq either. Anything up with them?? Seems like sundown and tantric are taking over all the forums. lol

Yeah AQ and Fi used to be huge boners. I went from Fi to sundown, but will probably go with tantric or dc for my next subs. I'm getting pretty annoyed with sundown.

Probably with how mainstream Sundown has become on the forums. It seems like every new company that makes subs has to be compared to Sundown a few times a day.

My system is only waiting on a basket. I place the order and 3 days later I get an email saying it's more than what they quoted me on the phone. I send them the additional two dollars and call them and explain to the guy this is all I need to get my system together could you please try to get it out in the next couple days. He says sure no problem. Doesn't ship the following day, the weekend rolls around, still no word mid week. I send him an email asking what's the deal. I get a response saying we're waiting on your recone. I'm like I didn't order a recone..." He's like sorry and apologized we'll get that out tomorrow. this was on a wednesday I think. It didn't go out until the following monday. I just got the package yesterday and they sent me the wrong basket. I called the guy up at 8am this morning and told them I had the wrong basket and he wanted me to send the basket back first (it was a 8 dollar basket that cost 16 to ship WTF!?). Anyways he said he would send me a replacement first when I asked him to. That was today and it hasn't shipped yet. If shit goes the way it's been going it probably won't ship till mid week. Total time elapsed is 19 days I think.

I understand they have been busy and all, but they are taking their sweet fucking time. Youd think that they would apologize and get it out the same day considering them fucking up twice now setting me back 3+ weeks.

They won't get another dollar from me.

Just want to give y'all an update... it did ship that day, I just never got a tracking number. Gotta give them that, even though it did take much longer than it should have for everything else.

That sucks man. My two brand new 12" zv4 surrounds became unglued off of the baskets with around 2 hour of total play time. I managed to save one, but the other one didn't turn out so good. So I shipped one of my zv4's and my ns-1 amp(goes into thermal protect right out of the box) to them. They missed the first attempt on the zv4 sub today. But if they take care of me, Ill be happy.

Didnt they just move facilities on the u.s. side they might be having a hard time keeping up with the low man power they have but thats the cost of low overhead

Well,its not like Fi ever advertised as much as Sundown anyways.I personally still like Fi and the quality of their subs.I know when I get bored of these sa8v2's(still under construction) I'll probably go back to Fi but that's me.

I had the sane problem ordering from sundown cannot get anyone to respond or even give a **** when I ordered my recones. I will stick with FI for new products
