I bought some tweeters, I bought 20 total, they are the onkyo tweeters that you could have bough 200 of from Partsexpress. In the beginning of the transaction I asked can they be flush mounted. He said yes. but they cannot be flush mounted. I bought them only to find out they couldn't be flush mounted. I posted in alot of threads that he was active in as well as my own threads. He never responded. after many attempts to find out if I was doing something wrong. I got online and researched the tweeters. I found them on parts express for 10 dollars for 200 of them. after doing math for the shipping it comes out to only cost 20 cents a tweeter. so I paid 15 bucks for 4 dollars worth of product. I wouldn't care so much for the $ had the item work as described. But it cannot be used. He refunded the money but never asked for the items back. I reported him to iTrader. After I reported him, is when he gave the refund. SO now he posts up a thread saying I'm a bad buyer. That i'm trying to get something over him. I offered to send the tweetes back *The ones that were not destroyed in the process of trying to install them. have aroudn 14 left so...) but no response.

Am I to be blaimed for him falsifying information to make a sale. then waiting until i'm asleep to open a thread calling me a bad buyer?

Am I at fault? OPINIONS etc

you were a tool to ***** about a product you paid for after you had bought the products.

since he was kind enough to refund you BEFORE you sending the tweeters back, either send him the tweets or the money. your pick.

ANYTHING can be flush mounted if done properly.

you obviously need to send him the money back

if he refunded the $$ for the tweets you owe him the tweets simple as that

you agreed to the price, so you are at fault for accepting that price without researching it. am i at fault for buying 10,000 of the same tweets and selling them at $1 a piece on ebay? nope i found a deal and marketed it for a profit it is supply and demand simple economics.

they are flush mountable if you do the work but it isn't the easiest thing to do

ok. I've asked to send them back. He has yet to respond. I have no problem sending them back. The issue is that the coil leads are on the far edge of the mount ring. So I have no issue sending them back. I tried bending the leads back but that shorts the coils out. I tried making some tear drop shape cutouts. doesnt work. You can not securly mount in the traditional fasion.
