What tweets?

My brother has a set of Pioneer TS-C160R. He likes his tweets extremely bright and loud so he blew them. What do you recommend as a replacement. I was thinking the Seas, but they are out of stock.

FYI he is using a Phoenix gold zx450 v2 amp and the Pioneer passive xover
