What to use?

I need to cut the speaker hole in the mdf board and not sure how to do it. This is my first box build. I do love it but anyways, I do not have a router and I am wondering if there is a way without going out to buy one. Any other options?

ok..any type of blade necessary?

also, I use titebond for glue? (or What do you recommend using?)

and liquid nails for the seams? Correct?

One tip is get a piece of wood get the radius drill one screw the middle in then put a screw on the outer so it is protruding just a bit to scrape the box, scrape it around a few times. It will give you a channel for the jig saw to go in and will help you stay in the circle. I did that before I had my circle jig. That's about the best advice I can give u.
