what to go with

Output specs on these look reasonably close, but "better" for what? What are you planning to hook it up to, and what are you looking for out of an amp?
As in which does closer to rated, which is better build quality, which is overall the better amp...etc.

Just cause the spec sheet says one thing, doesnt mean its actually true.

A very good point, and the logical way to assume the OP meant the question. But these things are made far less relevant if the OP is a 16 year old with a set of 300Watt Sony Xplods he got from WalMart for Christmas, for which uncle Luke made him a particle board box, and he has now saved up $100 to really be able to push them speakers with a good amp! //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/fro.gif.c695f1f814b01c4ad99fe7f8cccadd29.gif

No use to put perfume on a pig..... no matter how loudly I might wish to yell "RE"
