What to get???

My son has his first vehicle and has purchased a Alpine deck and speakers, and is adding 10" subwoofers, and needs an amp to help them out, what amp would you recommend? No idea what OHMS, and 100 watt per.....means...HEEEEELLLLLPP...LOL
