What to do?

I got a Zapco Ref 200.2 today as I wanted to test out Zapco against my US Amps. For one I was shocked to find plastic on an amp! BOO Zapco, turned me off right away... Anyway to the problem...

I picked up the amp and heard something rattling inside. I can see what it is through one of the side. It a white circuit type thing (small white box with 2 pins out each side.) Imagine a Ghost from packman with legs lol. Anyway, I do not want to hook this up as I am afraid it might do more damage. Any thoughts on what I should do?

lol I relooked at the amp and not sure if its plastic or some kind of thin metal, but its the whole part of the amp that the Zapco logo is connected to.

Anyway, I did send the guy I bought it from a PM, I will wait his response.

Ok here is a pic of the part, and the second pic is an exact same part on the board. It looks like this was just glued on the baord and the glue came unstuck. Problem is, I can not see a clear place where it came from. The top of it says 4n7J100 and the side says 02-48.

I see pieces exactly like this loose one at C15, C46, C47, C56, C57. There should be one more spot for one, but I can not see where. Any help??? Again this is a Zapco Ref 200.2

Oh and I take back my original BOO at Zapco for plastic. The amps is all metal, just the cover I thought was plastic felt different and looked like ABS plastic. Now that the cover is off I see its metal.

Yea I could really use another detailed picture of a 200.2 board. It would make this alot easier. There is some speculation that it might be an extra part that just fell in during manufacturing, which if thats the case, we are looking for a Waldo that does not exists lol

what is on the bottom of the board in slot f2 all the way to the right? whatever it is it looks screwed up compared to the on next to it. and is anything on the bottom side of the board?
